We saw them almost 10 years ago, their on-screen pairing was a huge hit, however, due to some personal fall-out, they stopped appearing in movies together, that’s right we’re talking about the popular pairing of Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor.
If there’s one filmmaker who could possibly bring the two back together, it’s none other than filmmaker, Karan Johar who recently approached Bebo for his next movie, Agneepath.
The latest buzz in B-town was that Bebo was approached to do an item number in Agneepath, however, the actress has denied the reports claiming that she would be dancing to yesteryears item girl, Helen’s famous songs.
A source revealed, ‘It was a tough call for Kareena. She certainly didn’t want to refuse KJo who is a very close friend. But she did.’
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time Kareena has refused her best friend who she affectionately refers to as being her elder brother. Previously she refused to star in Karan’s movie, Kal Ho Naa Ho after demanding a huge sum of money; a role that later went to Preity Zinta.
Various speculations are doing the rounds as to why Kareena may have refused Karan’s offer, some say it could be due to her rivalry with Priyanka Chopra, whereas others feels it could be her relationship with Hrithik Roshan.
Kareena and Hrithik made their acting debut at the same time, after starring in many movies together in the earlier part of their careers; the two were last seen in 2003 in the movie, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon.
